3. Risk Assessment & Risk MitigationAspartofAcmeCorporation’sCompliancePlandesign,allproductsandsupplierswereas-sessedinordertoidentifyConflictMineralsscopeandrisk.HighrisksuppliersandproductswereflaggedinAssentCompliance’sDatabaseforprioritizationofduediligenceandsupplychainsourcingactivities.

Highrisksuppliersandproductsarerequiredtoprovideagreaterlevelofproof,inordertodemonstrateareasontobelievethattheirconflictmineralsdonotoriginateinthecoveredcountries.

Inaddition,AcmeCorporationhasestablishedaseparateRiskMitigationcommitteewhichwill specificallyaddresshigh risk suppliers andproductswhodonotmeet theminimumrequirementsofAcmeCorporation’sConflictMineralcomplianceprogram.Thiscommitteeisresponsibleforresolvingthesesupplychainissuesbyassistingthesupplier,mappingmine

AcmeCorporationwillassistsupplierswiththeirsourcemappingeffortsandprovideflow-down contract clauseswhere appropriate in the effort to support amutually sustainableprogramforallofitssuppliers.

5. Reasonable Country of Origin MethodologyAcmeCorporationwill be utilizingAssentCompliance’sConflictMinerals software andservicestoconduct itsreasonablecountryoforigin inquiry.Thiswill involvesendingtheEICC-GESIConflictMineralsReportingtemplatetoallofAcmeCorporation’sdirectsup-pliers.Thisformmustbecompletedandsignedbyanappropriatesuppliersignatory.
