Computer addiction is a closely related term to Internet and Video game addiction. It affects the daily life and disrupts the way you think and may become a mental disorder for many people.

The term computer addiction was first recognized when records of computer obsession increased astronomically.

Some obvious ones are:

Excuses to get back to the computer

Or Lying about how much time spent on the computer

Some non obvious ones are:

Just going when having the chance

Or spending less time at home so to use computers else where

There are lots of symptoms but some are obvious while some are not obvious and they may happen in different places

Like I said symptoms appear at lots of places like at home:

A mother has difficulty gettig her to do chores when computer addiction takes all the time

A husband finds his wife neglecting family duties

A boss has staffs absent for fake cold or flus and come back the next day just as healthy

Deadlines are met late and excuses are made

Computer Addiction can only be sopped by the person themselves and they don’t have to stop using the computer forever (great thought though) but the should stop gradually. A good thing also is to find replacement to keep your mind off the computer.

So is that the end of my I.S.P? Of course not !
