Position : Compliance Auditor

Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:•Schedule assigned audit visit
•Conduct annual integrated compliance monitoring visit and physical audits in the factories producing company brands goods in the region.
•Responsible for the early identification of potential problems and timely resolution through the implementation of appropriate courses of action.
•Maintain pending status report to satisfactory conclusions for all pending issues.
•Ensure submission of all audit reports in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
•Communicate company brands compliance programs, policies and procedures to suppliers and factories to ensure the proper understanding and compliance of the programs, policies & procedures.
•Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements•Diploma or higher in garment technology or related field.
•At least 6 years experience in the garment field (sourcing or quality assurance) or compliance field (code of conduct).
•Extensive factory experience in the region preferred.
•Experience in non apparel products will be an added advantage
•Tenacity and persistency with good follow through skill
•Able to handle fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
•Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment
Requirements•Able to listen, question and sniff a potential problem
•Strong problem solving and decision making skills
•Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Putonghua.
•Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve conflict
•Work independently, proactive and a self starter.
•PC Literate in Email, Words and Excel
•Extensive travelling (Mainly PRC and South East Asian countries)

Position : Compliance Specialist

Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:•Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end Corrective Action Plan (CAP) status for all suppliers in the Far East region
•Collect and review CAP from suppliers following the Integrated Compliance Monitoring visit to ensure they are completed timely and properly.
•Follow up with the suppliers on the Corrective Action Plans status until case is closed.
•Collect, prepare and distribute relevant information and/or analysis reports to relevant parties; Conduct analysis on supplier performance in a timely and accurate manner
•Conduct ad-hoc and follow up visits to factories to ensure the CAP is properly executed
•Perform compliance related duties as assigned.
Requirements
•Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline
•2 to 4 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable organization, preferably in Garment buying office/garment industry
•Good knowledge of Code of Conduct, other Brands’ compliance requirements in the region
•Factory and manufacturing experience in the region preferred

•Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, Access)
•Good team player; customer orientation
•Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
