Completing NSERC USRA application online

1. Log in to NSERC web site site http://www.nserc-crsng.gc.ca/OnlineServices-ServicesEnLigne/Index_eng.asp

2. Your login page

Your name will be here

3. Create Form 202 Part I. You will be assigned Reference Number (you will have to give this number to your prospective supervisor)

4. Start filling the form

5. Prepare the PDF version of your official transcript (not the BearTracks version). (You need to scan the transcript by yourself.) Have it ready for the next step: uploading of your transcript. The empty form looks like this:

and after you identified the file and gave it a name it is ready for upload (see the Attach button):

6. You may now preview your application

7. You may see the Reference Number of your application in your Portfolio listing

After you Verify, your supervisor can see the form and will be able to complete Part II of Form 202. Please print all pages of your application and submit them to Ms. Shannon Barner in Chemistry W4-39B together with the other required documents (cover letter and one letter of reference). Good luck!
