Honourable Sir,

This is to bring into your attention an offence committed intentionally by manjula narayan, a journalist.

I wish to mention that www.twitter.com is a social-media website where people open their personal accounts

and post their opinions, through words or pictures. As per the terms and conditions of use of twitter, a person is

responsible for everything posted through his/her twitter handle.

Therefore it is to conclude that anything/everything which is posted by any user’s twitter account is posted

intentionally & wilfully, knowing fully that he/she shall be responsible for the same.

The following sections, amongst others, are offended by Manjula narayan

Under IPC: Section 295, Section 295A, Section 298, Section 505, and Section 66A of the IT Act

It is hereby brought into your kind notice that above said offences are committed by Manjula narayan withclear intention to hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus ( also a sly remark on Prime Minister of India whoobserves fasts for all 9 days during navratri) & knowing fully that the said picture shall bring Hinduism intodisrepute. In view of the above said facts, it is hereby requested to your good office to register FIR against Manjulanarayan.
