Crossing• Provides connectivity from South Dowling to

McCullough.

Alternative 3 Observations• Future Conditions with Koppe Bridge Connection

• Provides good east-west connectivity.• Realigning makes sense, a majority of trips

on Royder Road utilize the Koppe Bridge connection.
