Iyán de 3 años nos pide que cuidemos

la naturaleza y nos da los siguientes

consejos: Practicar deporte Comer sano Cuidar a los animales. Iyán, 3 asks us to look after nature,

and gives us some advices:

Doce consejos saludables

de Illán, 7 años:

1. come sano, es fácil

2. despierta, desayuna

3. vive activamente,

muévete

4. haz deporte,

diviértete

5. quítate la sed con

agua

6. come legumbres, arroz y

pasta

7. toma 5 verduras y fruta al día

8. elige alimentos con fibra

9. consume más pescado

10. reduce grasas

11. deja la sal en el salero

12. mantén el peso adecuado.

Mireia de 6 años nos dice

un refrán saludable:

“desayuna como un rey,

come como un noble y

cena como un mendigo”

Luego nos cuenta los

hábitos saludables que le

gusta hacer en familia:

pasear, andar en bici,

patinar… y nos recuerda

que siempre debemos

llevar casco.

Mireia, 6 wrote a saying:

“have a king’s breakfast,

a nobleman’s lunch and a

beggar’s dinner”

she says she loves going for a

walk with her parents, riding

a bike and rollerblading.

She reminds us not to forget our helmets!!

We have shared a lot of things and we learnt

together about health.
