--Show Hall Security is included in rental fee. All doors lock, including the Pre-Function room. Hotel Security is on site. Access 24 hours is given only to show approved personnel. --Insurance is not required or provided by the hotel, but is recommended. --Janitorial Services are included. --Tables are not piped or draped, but can be for an additional cost. --Additional Audio/Visual needs are available on site. --Space is available within the show hall for a raffle/auction area. There are no specific laws governing auctions in Colorado, however, raffle laws are very specific and it would be difficult for NAMHSA to obtain licensing. More on this can be found at http://www.sos.state.co.us/pubs/bingo_raffles/files/planning_raffle_brochure.pdf--Catering is recommended to decrease the cost of the show hall. --Discounts will be available to all hotel room guests for food to minimize the need to leave the facility in search of a meal. Room service can also be delivered to the show hall at Room Service rates. Outside meals and coolers are discouraged. Water will be provided in the show hall for no additional cost. There is a full service restaurant, bar and grill, and marketplace immediately off the lobby and next to the show hall. --The hotel would like to have 100 guest rooms filled. The room rates may go up if there are less than that. The following are easily accessed with the free Crown Plaza shuttle service: --There are additional hotel choices within one mile of the Crown Plaza including Best Western Inn & Suites, Double Tree Hilton, Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, Hampton Inn, and Days Inn. --Restaurants within a 3 mile radius vary widely from fast food to places such as Outback Steakhouse, Carrabas, Applebees, and Chili’s. --Nearby attractions within a 3 mile radius include The World Arena, Cinemark Tinseltown Theatres, and El Pomar Youth Sports Park.
