Color meditation is an alternative medicine method and also known as

chromo meditation. Color meditation use different

colors for balancing the ‘energy’ wherever it lacks in body.

Color affects on physical, emotional and mental energy of a being. The unconscious mind is very

sensitive to colors. It understands the subtle meanings

RED is associated with courage, strength, ambition, willpower and aggressiveness. Excessive use of red color may cause anger, irritation and impatience.

Take a piece of glossy paper of any color (red,

orange, yellow, green, and blue etc)

necessary for your want. The piece can be of any size. Make sure that you

can concentrate on it from 3 feet distance. Sit

in a comfortable position. Put the paper piece at the height of

your eyesight.

You can either paste it to wall or any other object. Everyday, at the decided time sit quietly and without any

thought in your mind try to concentrate on the paper piece for 15 to 20 minutes. You do not need to think at a

conscious level about your wants.

mind automatically

understands what you want and it

will become active in the right
