Boil twice as much water(see chart below)
Weight and grind your coffeebeans
Fold your filter and place it ina clean dripper
Starting at the bed’s center, gentlypour water (just enough water towet all of the coffee) into yourgrounds.
Allow it to rest for between 30 and45 seconds.
Pour in about half of your hotwater, fully saturating the filter and
warming the dripper and mug.
After 1 minute or so, empty now-warm cup or carafe and pour yourground coffee into the filter and
give it a gentle shake.
Continue pouring – slowly,
delicately, beautifully into thecenter of the grounds.
