Math ClubThis brand new club is just getting off the ground and needs your input and participation. Some of the possible upcoming activities include: brown bag lunches with current health professionals, nursing home or hospice visitations, study groups, and involvement in the health fair.If any of that sounds like your kind of thing, get in contact with club president Amanda Ford at aford0805@lions.piedmont.edu.

The Outdoor Club focuses on events that are environmental and recreational in nature (hiking, camping, �ishing, rock climbing, etc.).They are looking for a few good students who have a passion for the great outdoors! If you’re up for the challenge, contact club president Tyler Bridwell at tbridwell0830@lions.piedmont.edu.

The Math Club of Athens is an open to students, faculty, and staff at PCAthens who are interested in the wonders of Mathematics. As there isno Math major available on the Athens Campus, this club is open to anyone interested in Mathematics, especially those who want to be future Mathematics teachers. The campuses own leadership organization, Alpha Sigma Pi is by invitation only and involves leadership training, success networking teams, and live speakers. For more information on Alpha Sigma Pi, contact ainnes@piedmont.edu.

The Athens Campus Activities Board is a club of students who are passionate about Piedmont Athens. They plan events for the student body, they work on campus issues, and they help coordinate the events of other clubs. If you like having fun, or making a difference – this club is for you! Anyone who is interested in Political Science can join this club led by advisor Tony Frye. Each semester the club takes a trip to watch the law in action and members are encouraged to participate in club meetings. For more information, contact tfrye@piedmont.edu.
