Growth HackingCase Study:

Goal was to take two companies in parallel swim lanes and put them together to make a single more powerful entity.

ClientTwo emerging real-estate companies coming together in a merger.

Re-brand and grow as a solidi�ed team to hit new revenue potential.

Challenge

We took the companies through the traction process outlined in Gino Wickman's book. Started with a 15 year vision, re-named the company as NuParadox. Hired two new employees with better �t within the existing team by implementing Kolbe.com talent pro�ling for each role.

Solution

The two merged companies are now one, under their new brand and on pace to do 2.5 million in revenue with seven employees.
