If you have more than one adult you would like with access to the app selectAdd an Adult…

Add the other adult to your account. You will want to also make them a Family Administrator if you want them to have the same functionality.

Next select Register to Play/Participate…

Select New Child and then click Register Now…

Enter your childs information into the system…

Once you have registered your child, click on your child’s name on the ACCOUNT SETTINGS page… then on the next screen select Register. Based upon your child’s age the appropriate division will pop

up. Pick the American League Division for that Age Group.

Once you are in the appropriate age group Select the team to assign your child to in the system…

Next add Emergency Contact to Account and Save and Continue…

Next read and agree to the PEB Consent Form and click I Agree…

Click Continue to Checkout…

And then Complete Order…

Once completed download the Sports Sign Up Play App
