Click on CINAHL Headings to start your search for guidelines. For example we will be searching for Diabetic Foot Ulcers.
Enter the search term "Diabetic Foot Ulcers". Then click on browse.
Place a check mark beside "Diabetic Foot" and "Foot Ulcer". To broaden your search check "Explode" and check to include all "Subheadings". Then click on "Search Database" to the right in green box.
Displayed below are our search results. To narrow your search apply limits by placing a check mark beside the search and then click on edit.
Choose English then scroll down to bottom and select "Practice Guideline" as the Publication Type. Then click on save at the bottom or top of the page.
