CLEAR BROWSING DATA INSTRUCTION

Browser Instructions are available for Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. Find the browser you use and follow the instruction to clear cache, ID, Password, and/or temp files. Call 817-515-6750 or 817-515-6182 if you have questions or need assistance.

Internet Explorer 1. Close all Internet Explorer windows. 2. Open a new Internet Explorer browser, then

click Tools > Internet Options. (If you don't see this, press the Alt key to show the menu bar.)

3. In the Internet Options window, in the

Browsing History section, click Delete.

4. In the Delete Browsing History window, select the check all boxes.

5. Click Delete and use the X in the top right

corner to close the browser. (Note: It may take a few minutes to process. Please wait for the files to delete before continuing.)

Microsoft Edge 1. Open Microsoft Edge and Select Menu >

Settings.

2. Click Privacy and Security

3. Click Choose what to clear

4. Check all the boxes (as shown), toggle “Always

clear this when I close the browser” to On, Click Clear, and close the browser with the X in the top right corner.

Google Chrome 1. On your computer, open Chrome. 2. At the top right, click the menu button.

3. Click Settings.

4. Click Privacy and Security. (This left menu is not visible unless the browser window is enlarged.)

5. Click Clear Browsing Data.

6. Click Advanced.

7. In Time range, choose All Time from the drop-

down.

8. Use scroll bar on the right to make sure all the

boxes are checked.

9. Click Clear data, and close browser using X in

the top right corner.

Mozilla Firefox 1. Open Mozilla Firefox. 2. Click the Menu near the top right corner.

3. Click Options.

4. Click Privacy & Security. (This left menu is not visible unless the browser window is enlarged.)

5. Move the scroll bar down until the Sub-heading Cookies and Site Data appears.

6. Underneath Cookies and Site Data, put a check in the box next to Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed.

7. Click Clear Data.

8. Check both options (Cookies and Site Data & Cached Web Content) and click Clear.

9. On the next window, click Clear

Now, and then use the X at the top right of the Firefox browser window to close Mozilla Firefox.
