Cummins Volunteer Program 2011
Despite having to dry dock half of our fleet due to state and county funding cutbacks,CLA cleanup expended 8,177 hours taking over 4,470 tons of weeds and debris out of the lake during a 12-week season. Without the commitment from Cummins Engine employees volunteering over 1,000 man-hours of their time to the shoreline cleanup program, we could not have provided the comprehensive shoreline service with our reduced program.
