35 - 012Synthesis and Constitution of HIS2O8. — According to powder andsingle crystal XRD results for (III) (monoclinic, space group P21/c, Z = 4), theiodine atom is linked to a sulfate and a hydrogen sulfate group thus forminga IO2-bridge.
