*Working out in the “club” on your own is not a good option**See our website for links to the various options- ”Player Development”
Don’t rest on past success – you either get better or you get worse.
Get it done in the classroom…- Strive to keep a high GPA - Work towards earning scholarship money in the classroom as much as you work on your game. - Sit in the front of the class.-Make it known you’re a baseball player, a leader and someone that can be counted upon.- Any failing grades during the season will result in “study table” time with your coach. Grades checked regularly!- If you play during work time…you will work during play time.
Tryouts…- Tryouts will start on Monday March 17th.
- Reminder No School March 17th.- Our tryouts will involve all coaches on our staff for all teams.-We are signed up for the “late shift” for tryouts.
-Have your homework done.-It will be a challenging week. -Be prepared physically and mentally.
-Teams- 9th Grade (30)- 10th Grade (15)- JV/Varsity (30)
- You must be cleared prior to Spring Break-Physical up to date and on file-Fee paid and cleared from the office
-Violations will make it very difficult for you to make our program.
Summer Baseball…- There is an option for everyone to play baseball in the summer.
- 9th Grade Team often play 15’s- Sophomore team – VFW- JV/Varsity – Legion
- Whether you make the high school team or not – you can find a place to play in the community. - Check the website later in the spring for more details.
