Adult Fitness: Elevate your mood and energy levels with this cardio fitness class that combines kickboxing and aerobics to tone and firm your body. (3, 7, 13, 14)
Barre Above: Get moving with this class offering classic barre choreography, plus options to incorporate movements from pilates, high-intensity and strength, ballet, trendy dance, and active -aging fusion classes. (13)
Boot Camp: Boot Camp combines traditional calisthenics and bodyweight exercises with interval and strength training. The group exercise class incorporates equipment like kettlebells, wall balls, and sand bags to give you a full body workout. Exercises can be modified for all levels. (9)
Body Sculpting: Body Sculpting class provides a fun and energetic workout environment that includes body weight and compound toning exercises designed for all fitness levels. Each exercise routine burns calories from start to finish while firing up your metabolism, helping you lose weight and strengthen bones. (3)
Cardio Blast: Cardio Blast blends high energy and great music for an upbeat workout. This group fitness class includes elements of cardio, stretching, pilates, meditation, aerobic dance, strength training, abs and glutes. All you need is to come with a yoga mat and a smile. All levels are welcome. (8, 9)
Fitness Fusion: Fitness Fusion will give you a total workout, combining all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Each class will boost your energy and give you a serious dose of “awesome” each time you leave. Registration is ongoing. A fee may apply. (5)
Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. It is ideal for those with limited mobility, seniors, those with disabilities, and beginners. (2)
Hip Hip Cardio: Hip Hop Cardio is a fun and engaging way to achieve the ultimate cardio workout. Enjoy dancing to some of your favorite music with signature hip hop moves working everything from legs and glutes to arms and core. (13)
Kettlebell: A full body workout focusing on strength and power using kettlebells, gliders, and body weight movements. This circuit based class will guide members of all fitness levels through a great workout with upbeat music. (5)
Line Dancing: Get those dancing shoes on for this class that combines low, moderate and high energy dance routines set to R&B and soul music. It’s a great form of exercise, a way to relieve stress, and most of all, a ton of fun! (4, 8, 9, 10)
Morning Motivation: This stretch class will revitalize and rejuvenate the muscles; increasing joint range of motion, support better posture, enhance coordination and
balance, and most of all relieve stress. Combined with soothing and relaxing music, this class will help increase the quality of life and everyday living. (4, 9)
Pilates: Our Pilates mat class will flatten your abs, shape your booty and legs, increase your strength and endurance, invigorate your mind, enlighten your spirit, and improve your posture, balance and coordination. (2, 8)
POSH Pro-Fit: POSH Pro-Fit is a fun, full body, dance based fitness session. In this high energy session, you are taught aerobic choreography that includes movement targeting: the core, glutes, legs and arms. The movement tones and conditions the body in a nontraditional way. At the end of every session, attendees leave with a sense of satisfaction having worked hard while having a great time dancing! (10)
Senior Chair Yoga: Yoga is for everyone! Experience an inspiring practice with the support of a chair to foster a greater sense of stability and balance. This class will help participants gain strength and mobility, helping to relax and leave feeling centered. Also great for those who have difficulty getting up and down from the floor. Senior Dance Fitness: This upbeat dance workout mixes modern moves with strength training. Come learn some new moves, keep your heart rate up and have some fun! A fee may apply (5)
Urban Swing/Detroit Ballroom: This partner dance class that can be danced to contemporary R&B, Blues, Soul & Neo-Soul music. (No partner required to learn.) (14)
Vinyasa Yoga: Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one pose to another seamlessly, at a moderate pace using breath. This class is designed for those that want to get a stronger practice or more physical “workout”. (8)
Water Yoga: Aqua Yoga is super low impact, making it an ideal way for people with joint pain to improve their strength, flexibility, and range of motion. This class is great for all levels of practice from seniors to young adults. (14)
Weight Room Motivation: During this one hour class you’ll become familiar with the weight room equipment; how to use them, what muscle group(s) each works, and even how to turn them on. (9)
Zumba: Love to dance? Join us for this total workout, where we mix low-intensity and high-intensity Latin inspired dance moves with all elements of fitness like cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility. All levels are welcome. A fee may apply (2, 5, 9, 10, 12)
