TRANSCRIPT

CYPRIOTS COOKING HUNGARIAN

 LECSÓ, a typical dish from Hungary

Ingredients• 200 grams of bacon• 8 green peppers/paprika• 500 grams of tomato• a little dash of oil • salt and pepper

The cooking team : students of 1st and 2nd grades

THE CHEFS … THE COOK ASSISTANTS . . .

The process

We chop and cut the ingredients

We cut the tomatoes

We chop the onions

We cut the peppers and the bacon

We put some oil in the pan and we sauté the onions

We add the peppers

We put the bacon

And then the tomatoes

We add salt and pepper and stir occasionally …

Until water is absorbed and the sauce becomes thick

and finally our dish is ready

What is left from the food!

and time for some cleaning!
