CaterpillarBot is a robot that can pass the bumpy road by using caterpillar.

AssemblingAssembling

1. Fix DC Motor and Motor Frame only using bolts. (Beware of direction of Motor Frame)

2. Put Motor Frame that is fixed on DC Motor on Main Frame and fix it only with bolts.

3. Twist-insert 25mm Support on Motor Frame fixed bolts.

4. Use L-type 2x1 Frame to connect CPU Board and DC Motor Drive Board with bolts and nuts.

5. Put CPU Board on Support that is fixed on Main Frame and fix with nuts.

6. Put L-type 2x1 Frame under Main Frame then fix with bolts and nuts.

7. Insert 150mm Axle to L-type Frame that is fixed to Main Frame then insert Caterpillar Wheel Guide to both sides.

Also insert controllable nuts to both sides and fix with bolts.

8. Fix 7mm Support and 20mm Support on Battery Case.

9. Connect L-type 2x2 Frame to Remocon Receiving Board, then put Remocon Receiving Board to 20mm Support that is fixed to Battery Case and fix with bolts.

10. Insert 150mm Axle to L-type Frame that is fixed to Remocon Receiving Board then insert Caterpillar Wheel Guide to both ends.

And fix with bolts by inserting controllable nuts to both ends.

11. Put 7mm Support that fixes Battery Case on Main Frame and fix with nuts.

12. Put Wheel Guide on Caterpillar Wheel then fix with bolts and nuts.

13. Insert Wheel Guide that is connected to Caterpillar Wheel to DC Motor Axles then fix with 2.6x10 bolts.

14. Connect 38 Caterpillars by 2 and fix to Caterpillar Wheel and Caterpillar Wheel Guide.

15. Connect Power Cable of Battery Case to Power Connector of CPU Board. Connect DC Motor Cable to A, B of DC Motor Drive Board.

16. Connect 3 Pin Cable to CUP Board’s OUT Port 1, 2, 3, 4 and 1, 2, 3, 4 of DC Motor Drive Board. To use a Remocon,

connect 3 Pin Cable to IN Port 7 and Remocon Receiving part.

17. Completed CaterpillarBot.

18. Fix 7mm Support to Battery Case then put Remocon Transferring Board on it and fix with bolts.Completed Wireless Remocon.
