• As young as 18• 1 in 8 over 65 & nearly ½ over 85 affected• 500,000 under 65 living with AD or
dementia• Estimated 80,000 with AD or dementia in
South Carolina• Will Bankrupt Gov’t. Medicare-Medicaid
before 2050
