CAPRESE APPETIZER 25-30 cherry tomatoes (will make 10-12 skewers)
1 large tub of small Bocconcini cheese (can sub slices of soft mozzarella cheese)
Basil leaves
3 Tbsp. Parmesan Dressing and Dipping Oil
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Himalayan Pink Salt
Mediterranean Greek Herb Blend
Wooden skewers
Thread cherry tomatoes, cheese and basil on wooden skewers, 2 or 3 pieces of each per skewer. Place on a serving platter and drizzle with Parmesan Dressing & Dipping Oil and balsamic vinegar and grind Himalayan Pink Salt over top. Sprinkle lightly with Mediterranean Greek Herb Blend.
