nanotechnology

In nanotechnology, a particle is defined as a small

object that behaves as a whole unit in terms of its

transport and properties .

Magnetic nanoparticles are a class of

nanoparticles which can be manipulated using

magnetic field .

Magnetic hyperthermia:Magnetic nanoparticles are used in an experimental

cancer treatment called magnetic hyperthermia in which the fact that nanoparticles heat when they are

placed in an alternative magnetic field is used.
