In this contemporary review by Goding Sauer and colleagues, individuals withlower educational attainment and some racial/ethnic minorities have a relativelyhighprevalenceofmodifiable risk factors andparticularly suboptimal prevalenceofscreening. Smoking prevalence is six-fold higher among males without a highschool (HS) education than female college graduates.
