Cambridge Film Festival For almost 30 years, the Festival has presented an incredible range of screenings and welcomed hundreds of filmmakers from around the world.Film Festival has been committed to delivering the very best in independent international cinema. Bold and imaginative in our presentation of films, we embrace the latest technology, while also showcasing our passion for the heritage of cinema.

WHEN AND WHERE?

Film Festival BannerThe Festival's traditional home is the Arts Picturehouse in central Cambridge.  In 2008, to mark our new September dates, we set up screens in locations across the city, including at the Institute of Astronomy, Wesley Methodist Church, on Magdalene Street and even along the banks of the river Cam. The dates are for certain films showing in the year.

Funding

The Cambridge Film Festival is a registered charity and the Cambridge Film Trust is always looking for partners who are willing to assist with funding, professional expertise or in-kind donations. Screen East Contributes to funding and helps with development, and is optional to volunteer.

TARGET AUDEINCE?

Film Festival Banner. It targets international film makers and general public maybe who work in the film industry.

What is its artistic policy and how does this map to the content?

Only range of new films which are (low budget), and premier films.
