What We Do:

Manufacture Composite Wood Products From Recycled/Curbside Plastics and Agriculture Plastic

Processing Of Industrial Plastic For Reuse In Manufacturing Cycle

Types Of Plastic Processed: HDPE, PET, PP, ABS

Post consumed plastic from curbside recycling.

Local farmers bring plastic to us. Employees sort plastic to separate PET and HDPE.

Shredded HDPE

Local sawmills deliver sawdust to mix with plastic to make composite wood.

Our original method of mixing plastic, coloring agent, and sawdust.

Now mixing is done in a large fertilizer mixer.

Extruder in use

Crammer feed is used to push fluffy film plastic into extruder.
