HISTORY• In 1978, Terrell Braly opened up a

sandwich shop called "Sandwich World".

• Hussain "Jeff" Jaffarie, the store manager , started toasting sandwiches in a pizza oven.

• In 1980, the new owners changed the name to "Quiznos" and began franchising.

PRODUCT• Quiznos offers a wide variety of

food.• They are well known for their

subs.• All products are freshly prepared

for the consumer.

FRANCHISE • The start up cost for Quiznos

ranges from $155,5462 - $217,527.

• The franchise fee is $5,000.• Advertising fee varies.

LOCATION• Quiznos is not interested in

opening another franchise in Oakville.

CONCLUSIONWe both agreed that Quiznos was a good franchise to invest in. We chose this franchise because it offers healthy alternatives to fast food. Quiznos is not a franchise based on greasy fast food. We think Quiznos has a high chance of success, most other fast food franchises offer fattening food with no nutritional value. Quiznos offers food that use natural ingredients and are always fresh. When a franchise offers food that is healthy it appeals to the public and more people would rather invest their money on fresh products.
