Faceted Stained Glass – Design/Build Process

1. Artist’s life-size “cartoon” drawing

2. Artist’s life-size cartoon with colors added

3. Experts select the glass for construction

4. Selected glass marked for cutting

5. Craftsmen cut and shape glass

6. Craftsmen lay glass pieces on cartoon

7. Glass is placed on bed of sand & spaces filled with poured epoxy

8. Excess epoxy scrapped away & glass cleaned
