The Rithmatist

A rithmatist is a fictional person who is chosen by the gods and can draw magical chalk drawings. They go to rithmatic schools at the age of 8 and get shipped to Nebrask when they graduate. Nebrask is a place where rithmatists fight to defend the tower. They fight wild chalklings, which you’ll learn about later. A rithmatist also can duel with other rithmatists in a traditional competition.

The Easton defense is a defense that is good against many opponents. Sometimes a rithmatist binds a chalkling to the circles on the nine bind points. Defenses are used to defend the rithmatist who made it in duels or when fighting in Nebrask. The Easton defense is more complicated than others.
