1 Overview In preparation for the implementation of UCPATH, PPS DOS codes are being reviewed to ensure they align with PS EARN codes that have been established.

1.1 Background UC has been working on replacing its 35 year-old Payroll and Personnel System with a new PeopleSoft system known as UCPATH. As UC moved to implement UCPATH, the need to align EARN codes with DOS codes was recognized. The alignment of the pay codes will ensure greater consistency.

1.2 Objectives Align PPS DOS codes with PS EARN codes.

1.3 Related Projects & Dependencies DOS code changes should be installed in time to impact compute for 12/16/15 BiWeekly pay date.
