Situated next to the Kelvinbridge subway station this site is a prime locationto become a hub of activity. With the intention to redefine the edge of the park, the bath house attempts to improve the connection between the subway station and the whole park.

The different type of systems are based on the usage of the rooms. Rooms where the patients are independent uses radiators to make it easier for them to alter the temperature. Communal, therapy, admin and public areas utilise underfloor heating to reduce energy consumption and the staff would be much more familiar with the system.
