OBJECTS• Providing to its members and their families means
of healthy indoor/outdoor recreational facilities as a diversion from their normal work at Plantsite.
• Providing common meeting place to promote social and cultural relations among its members and their families.
• Inculcating a spirit of cooperation, understanding and fraternity among its members and their families.
• Providing messing facilities to the members and their families.
Club Rules & Sub – Rules
• Rules have been prepared and approved by the FFC Management. These are used as reference source in making any decision relating to Management Club. Additions/amendments are subject to approval by FFC Management.
• Sub – Rules Framed by Managing Committee and adopted through simple majority vote at the General Body meeting.
Aspects Covered By Sub – Rules • Club Administration. • Methods of conduct and functioning of
institutions.• Accounting Procedure.• Discipline.• Games and Sports.• Dress and other restrictions.• Any other aspects essential for smooth running
of Club.

Functions of Managing Committee– Deals with all matters of Admin and Finance– Transact on behalf of Club any agreement.– Prepare yearly budget of Club Committee.– Ensure laws of Land are adhered to.– Increase /decrease sports and indoor /outdoor
facilities.– Appoint sub – Committees if required.– Fill up vacancy of any member on his resignation
/posting out of Plant site.– Decide on any question relating to Rules/Sub – Rules
interpretation.
Functions of General Body• To form managing Committee through election.• Appoint audit board.• Approve audited income / expenditure statement and
balance sheet for preceding year.• Propose additions, modifications, amendments and
deletion of Club Rules / Sub Rules on recommendations of Managing Committee for approval of FFC Management.
• Consider and decide on any matter referred to it by the Managing Committee.
• To form committees / sub – committees for the functioning of Club.
Types of Membership– Permanent Members: All Management
employees posted at plantsite, Goth Machhi.– Temporary Members: FFC Management
Employees and company guests staying for more than 10 days.
– Honorary Membership: If allowed by Management Committee, Officers of Fauji Foundation, Armed Forces of Pakistan, Government Servants and Officers of allied industries.

Expenditures on Social Events / Sports / Films
• On approval by RM. • Approval is obtained by concerned
member of the Managing Committee.
Private Parties• Approval of RM required for party / venue.• Expenses are born by the individual / group.• All club facilities including utensils are provided if
function is held in the club premises.• If party is arranged at residence chairs, tables, table
sheets may be provided free of cost – waiter’s services are provided on payment.
• Requests for parties at swimming pool and TV Room are discouraged. However parties at department level may be allowed at the Swimming Pool.
• Provision of service charges cooks/waiters at the cost of members.
Recovery of Monthly Bills– Bills are issued by 10th of each month.– Recovery made through pay bills.– No cash payment except for honorary
members / guests.– No food items i.e. Meat, Ghee, Milk etc can be
purchased by members from Club.– Advance for big parties.
Serving of Meals in OBOQs / NBOQs.
– Not allowed to officers living in BOQs unless advised by the MMS.
– Waiters / House boys are not allowed to serve food to officers living in.
– Ladies living in BOQs are allowed to get food in rooms using services of house boy detailed for Ladies BOQs.
