Get parents of picky 2-3 year old eaters to expose their children to new healthy

foods with at least 5-10 repetitions because studies show that the many children tend to have a fear of new

foods and this exposure will encourage your child to eventually taste and like

the foods given.

• How to select the target food for the week became an obstacle, making the task too difficult to accomplish, so a few parents stopped after gaining information about what foods were healthy.
