Water is vital to our organization.

The adult body contains 60% of water ; It is 70 % for a Child

The brain is the organ that contains the most water (85%) followed by the kidney (80%)

Drinking water : 1.5 liter per day

Food Water : 0.9 liter per day

Water produced from the combustion of food : 0.6 liter per day

Breathing : 0.5 liter

Transpiration : 0.9 liter

Urine : 1.5 liter

Soddle : 0.1 liter

Saliva : about 1 liter per day

Gastric juice : between 2 and 2.5 liter

Bile : 0.5 liter

Pancreatic juice : 0.7 liter.

Intestinal secretion : about 3 liter.

The blood contains about 3 to 4 liter of water.

Calcium : good for bones strength and growth of children. Tap water can cover 15 to 25% of daily needs.

Magnesium : important for the functioning of muscles,for blood quality and for the protection of the brain.

Fluorine: who is involved in the protection of theeth against cavities.
