• Sourcing the most pertinent information for diverse stakeholders

• Promoting local knowledge that is not readily accessible

• Identifying appropriate community intermediaries• Raising researcher awareness on the value of

regular knowledge sharing

• Grants of up to US$10.000

• Selection criteria : Engage Hard to reach and Marginalised communities

• Target : African researchers, local and civil society organisations, cooperatives and community networks , among others

First round of submissions : Open from 1 July to 1 August 2009.
