B.O.N.D Brothers On a New Direction

Mission Statement

Brothers On a New Direction (B.O.N.D.) is a brotherhood that recognizes the need for unity among young men of color. The

men of B.O.N.D. pledge to help guide adolescent males of color towards

personal growth, provide positive role models, and empower inner city

communities. The men of B.O.N.D will utilize mentorship and servant leadership

to work with young males of color.

Leadership Andrew Corria - Through good leadership, everything can fall into place. A knowledgeable and passionate

visionary will lead these Brothers onto a path towards success

Service Karley Carto - Service to others is service to yourself. By lending a helping hand you are growing as a

person in that process. Ultimately, there is no greater reward than the feeling of self-fulfillment.

  Responsibility Jeremy Kollie - The choices I make do not only affect me. There are greater repercussions to everything we

do. Respect for self, respect for others, accountability and responsibility shall be what guides me.

Mentorship Kevin Martins - I am a reflection of my Brother. When he hurts, I will aid him. When he falls, I will pick

him up. When he prospers, we are prosperous. The path I will travel leads to success, but I will not go alone. I will bring with me my Brother, and he his Brother, and so on.
