WHAT CAUSES BODY ODOR
Eccrine or Apocrine glands produce sweat. While we wear
sock or shoes, it is more difficult for the sweat to evaporate,
giving bacteria more sweat to break down into smelly
substances. Sweat is odorless by nature but bacteria that
covers the surface of the skin breaks down sweat and feed on
it. The result is if the smelly substances becomes a body odor
when it evaporates. Food can also make body odor.
Why do teens sweat more at the puberty stage
When our body starts to change, our sweat glands
becomes more active. When the sweat glands are
active, there are many ways to sweat easily. Such
as when you feel nervous because emotions can
also affect our sweat glands. We also sweat when
the temperature is hot or after we play sports then
the moisture evaporates and cools us off.
HOW TO DEAL WITH BODY ODOR
To handle body odor, we need to take a shower
daily, if you are worried about this, just use a
deodorant or a deodorant with antiperspirant.
Antiperspirant is a deodorant that masks odor and
helps to decrease sweating. You can talk to a doctor
when you sweat too much. Or you can do a good
hygiene.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING A DEODORANT
A deodorant can mask body odor and decrease
sweating. Deodorant can kill the bacteria that causes
odor and keeps us clean and fresh. They are best to
keep you away from sweating and decreases the
chances for bacteria to grow. And it contains alcohol
and many other micro chemicals that can kill
bacteria.
