Choosing the Class for YouFull Series, six weeks, 2 hours per week - $ 75This classic series meets weekly and is the class most often chosen by first-time parents or couples who feel the need for a thorough review. Classes start every month.Refresher Mornings – $ 30Focus on the process of labor and relaxation strategies. Learn how second (or third or fifth!) labors and births differ from the first, and how to achieve your goals for this birth.Birthshop – All day class $60Birthing basics for the mother unable to attend a Lamaze series. Learn relaxation and stages of labor, view a birth movie, and tour the Birthing Center.
RegistrationIt's never too soon to register for Lamaze classes. Most students begin classes around the 30th week of pregnancy. Class schedules are posted at local doctors' offices, or for more information, call our voicemail at 802-257-8877.
Fill out the attached registration form and send it to us. We will reply with an acknowledgment card (or phone call) giving you details about location, time, etc.
You may enclose payment with registration, or you may pay at the first class. (All prices shown include mom and her support person(s).) Installment payments are fine – just let us know. A sliding scale on fees is available, if you are experiencing financial hardship. Cost of class is covered by VT Health Access and VT Medicaid. Make check payable to BMH Lamaze.
