But how can I do Lead conversion this on the

ORS?

Action steps for this week?

1. Go to opportunities.aiesec.org!

Try using the system as if you were a student Set up some searches Play with your profile Become a user!

2. Look at your previous conversion rates

Look at your last recruitment and measure the KPIs to see how well you did

Analyze what were the biggest bottle necks for your LCs

3. Get Access to your ORS Account

Email Musketeers@ai.aiesec.org Should be connected to your aiesec email

account, with your name Edit your username and account so it is

personal to you

4. Create User Accounts for your MC

Set Up > Users > Add User Use their AIESEC email address with their full name MC Super User, and MC User

5. Add your LCs as Teams

Set Up > Teams > Add Team Your MC is the Parent Team Just their LC Name (LC Rotterdam, enter as Rotterdam) Check Spelling!

6. Customize the OP

Tick which countries you want to show Select the SP and Issues you are promoting This is only what the user will see

7. Educate your MC about the why!

Ensure your MC understands they purpose Make sure you prioritize it for re-planning Check out the BIG AIESEC Online Google Drive
