INTRODUCTIONBiddestone Stud is a well established stud and has produced many fine racehorses from Mtoto in the 1980s right up to the modern day, with the 2017 Group 2 Temple Stakes success of Priceless. At Royal Ascot last month the stud was represented by four home-bred runners.
The current owners have been running Biddestone Stud for the last five years and have decided to rationalise their bloodstock interests.
DESCRIPTION
LOT 1
STUD COTTAGE
A recently modernised and extended detached Cotswold stone house under a clay tiled roof. This has been designed for use either as two separate units or as one dwelling.

At the southern end of the paddocks, with a separate access off the lane 600m from the village, is a further twin span 5 bay steel portal framed Barn 34.48m x 22.50m (100’ x 74’) with concrete panels, Yorkshire boarding above and box profile roof; one barn has 15 boxes, the other is a pair of excellent turn-out yards.

THE LAND

DIRECTIONS
