Findings & Recommendations

• Competitions in the Property Industry are (2) thronged i.e. (Websites and Smart Mobile apps as a customer touch-point), except for developers whom are not Mobile Apps-equipped:

a) Sunway Property,

b) IJM Land,

c) UOA Development,

d) IOI Group,

e) IGB Corporation and ;

f) Gamuda Berhad property division.

• Insertion of Product Videos (YouTube Linked) in between heavy write-ups on the Responsive web-pages (to break heavy-textual feel).

Findings & Recommendations

• To indicate UEMS Property prices, Built-up and Specifications as an added value to UEM Sunrise’s Product Microsites alongside proper C.I – approved products Colour Scheme.

• Insertion of updated Product & Lifestyle images on to UEMS Product (microsites).

• Updated Call-to-action (CTA) Touch-points on Corporate Responsive Website and Product Microsites.

• To ensure a smooth, efficient back-end Responsive Website design hosting (by ExaBytes) for UEMS Responsive Websites.

• To revisit and enhance content arrangement on UEMS Corporate Responsive Website (www.uemsunrise.com) as part of the Corporate Level rebranding strategy.
