The house is fully staffed and equipped with central AC, roof fans, wine honors bar, a first-class icemaker, chef’s kitchen and many other amenities. Apart from a tasteful selection of blue textiles and textures, the house displays a sophisticated array of regional fine art.
The floor-to-ceiling windows of the first master suite open up to a pleasant private balcony. The second master suite, also on the upper level with a standing balcony, has an additional daybed for an extra guest or child. The third bedroom is a cozy bunk suite with two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and for lager groups the media room opens for a fourth suite.
The outdoor areas are airy and spacious, with a swimming pool, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean.
