Physical activity is the movement of your body to use energy. The more

physical activity that you do, the greater the health benefits and the better

you’ll feel! Being physically active has both immediate and long-term health

benefits. It helps build stronger muscles and bones and can increase your

chances of living longer! Look at the Kid’s Activity Pyramid for ideas on how to

be active!

Be active for at least 60minutes a day!
