DIRECTIONS:

1. PrintandcutoutthepiecesfromtheNewYear’sEveBannertemplate.2. Select3coordinatingprintsfromtheDCWV™TatteredTimeStack®and5fromtheLemonFlowerStack®.Trace

andcutatotalof9pennantsfromtheLemonFlowerprintsand5fromtheTatteredTimeprints.Laytheseoutinthedesiredorderforhanging.

3. Traceandcut9pennantedgesfromtheLemonFlowerprints.Adherethesetothetipsof9pennantsindesiredorder.Traceandcut2pennantedgesfromtheTatteredTimeprints.Adheretheseto2pennants,leaving1withoutapennanttiponthebottom.

4. Punch2holesinthetopofeachpennant,oneineachofthetopcorners.5. Takeout2ofthesilverprintsfromtheLemonFlowerstack.Traceandcut3halfcirclesfromoneand2fromthe

other.Laytheseinalternatingorderacrossthetopofpennants,ensuringthatthemiddleofthe2outsidepieceslineupwiththemiddleofthe2outsidepennants,andlayingtherestacrossaccordingly.

6. Punch2holesalongthestraightsideofthehalfcirclesthatmatchupwiththepennantbehindthem.7. Threadthepennanttogetherusingblacktulle,leavingtheendsofthetullelongenoughtoattachtodesired

location.8. TracethesmallbannerpiecesontoapieceofTatteredTimecardstock;cutout.Usingtheimageasareference,

adherethebanneredgestothemainbannerpiece.Cutout“HappyNewYear”fromthepurplefoilcardstockandadheretothecenterofthebanner.Attachthesmallbannertothecenterofthelargerbanner.Embellishwithribbonsandfeathers.

4. AddtheYou’reInvitedrub-ontothebottomfrontcorner.5. Embellishthefrontwiththenamebanner,stars,ribbon,andfeathers.Tip:Addadhesivefoamsquaresbehindthe

3. ChoosealighterprintfromtheTatteredTimeStack®;cutthisdowntosizeandputthisinbehindthemat.Reinsertintothebackoftheframewithoutputtingintheglass.

4. Turningtheframeover,embellishthefrontbypunchingoutseveralstarsfromtheLemonFlowerStack®andTatteredTimeStack®andattachthemwithfoamsquaresintoonecorner.Writetheword“Resolutions”tothetopsectionoftheframeusingthemetallicalphabetletters.Finishbyattachingribbonsandfeatherstothetopcorneroftheframe.

5. Onceresolutionsarewritten,reinserttheglass.

3. Cuta6"x4"pieceofcardstockfromthegoldfoilpaper.Adheretheflowerpiecetothetopofthiscardstock(cardstockintheback)andtrimedgesifnecessary.Usingtheimageasareference,adherethispiecetothebackoftheheadband,inthecenter.

4. UseCricut®PhrasesCartridgetocutoutthesaying“HappyNewYear.”Adherethisdirectlytothefrontofplasticsheetandcutaroundtheedges,leaving1/4"aroundtheoutside.Adherethistothetopofflowerwithsmallamountsofhotglue.

5. UseCricut®PlantinSchoolBookCartridgetocutouttheappropriatenumbersfromtheblueglittersheetofcardstocktoformtheyear-to-come.Adherethenumberstothebottomofthefloralpiece,liningthemupagainsttheheadband.

6. Embellishcrownwithribbons,feathersandrhinestones.

Boy’sCrown1. Printandcutouttemplateforcrown.TracethisontodesiredpieceofLemonFlowercardstockandcutout.Adhere

thepiecestogether.Tracearoundtheedgeswithapenoruseaninkpadtodistresstheedges.2. Usingtheimageasareference,cutouttheticketpagetomatchthedimensionsofthecrown.Adheregoldribbon

aroundthetopedgeoftheticketsandadherethispiecetothecrown.3. UseCricut®PhrasesCartridgetocutoutthesaying“HappyNewYear”fromthepurplefoilcardstock.Adherethisin

thedesiredlocationonthecrown.Punchoutafewstarsfromtheremainingpurplefoilcardstockandadheretheseinvariouslocationsonthefrontofcrown.

4. Finishoffthefrontofthecrownbyaddingpiecesofthegoldsparklyribbononeachsideofthecentersection,attachingthemwithabradatthetop.

Cutouta“happyNEWYEAR’Seve”silhouettewithCricut®PlantinSchoolBookCartridge.Note:OneoptionistouseLemonFlowerprintsfor“NEWYEAR’Seve”andthepurplefoilcardstockforthe“happy.”Then,cutouta“happyNEWYEAR’Seve”silhouetteagain,thistimeslightlylargerwithaneutralprint(i.e.,yellow-basedprintfromtheThePerformanceStack®).Mountthesmallersilhouetteontop.

5. Cutashadowtoputbehindthe“happyNEWYEAR’S”saying,justslightlylargerthanthecurrentshapefromthepurplefoilcardstock.CutonemoresilhouettewithaLemonFlowerprintandadherethesealltogethersothat“happyNEWYEAR’S”isnowmadeof2shadowsand2silhouettes.

6. Beforeadheringthedecorationonthetop,cutoutclockpiecesfromTatteredTimeStack®andassortedsizesofstarsfromthepurplefoilsheetsandLemonFlowerStack®.Adherethestars,clockimagesandwordstothetopoftheboxasdesiredwithhotglue.Embellishwithfeathers.
