Multi section Telescopic Handle
The wheels retract when the handle is pushed down.
The wheels deploy when the handle is pulled upwards.

In a retractable wheel system , when you pull the handle upwards , it pulls the lever which in turn deploys the wheel. When you push the handle downwards, it pushes the lever causing the wheels to retract.
