Ro2 Executive Summary

Since 2010, the True North team members, led by Developer Jonathon Vento, have been active community stakeholders and investors in Roosevelt Row. Named as one of the nation’s top art districts as well as receiving American Planning Associations “Great Places” designation, Phoenix’s

coolest place in the Valley of the Sun.

Over the last two years, True North Holdings (www.truenorthstudio.com) has completed a land assemblage effort that resulted in Ro2, a nearly 3 block mixed-use

bars, and multiple historic adaptive reuse buildings.

The idea for the proposed development - Ro2 - is a culmination of the team’s cultural experiences, community involvement, and passion for creating beautiful projects in Phoenix. With the proposed development team and the Ro2 proposed development outlined in the subsequent sections, the team has the community support, experience, and concepts to make the Ro2 vision a reality.
