CHANGING THE PIN NO -: Acts as 4 digited

password for account holder.Can be changed

in conditions of risk or for security.

OTHERS -: It includes processes like :- Statement Requirement..

MAINTAINING AND UPDATING MASTER FILES-: All the transactions that

are performed by account holders are recorded in transaction file and updating the master is the

day end process.

DAY END PROCESS-: According to the no and type of transactions that takes place till the end of 24 hours the master file is updated that

is the balances are calculated according to amount and previous balances.
