Boardwalk, Small Hotel ArubaOur Story for ATA Representatives of the USA

How it all started

✤ In 1991, based on a former coconut plantation, a young couple started renting out the original plantation house to vacationers

✤ With a strong focus on the windsurfing tourism niche market they slowly but truly grew their business from 1 to 13 “Casitas”

✤ “Casitas” are vacation houses, each with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, bathroom, separate bedroom and private patio with outside dining, BBQ & hammock

The discovery

✤ A couple of years ago my sister, my dad and I discovered a tropical oasis, located at the end of Palm Beach. It was love at first sight!

✤ A garden so lush, tropical and incredible beautiful, we couldn’t believe we hadn’t discovered it before

✤ In 2011 the previous owners were looking for new owners

How it all continued

✤ Stephanie & Kimberly took over Boardwalk mid 2011

✤ The grounds, layout & gardens were beautiful, but the “Casitas” were in need of renovation

✤ Fall 2012 all houses were completely renovated
