Observe v. Diagnosing
PAL® do not DIAGNOSE, only OBSERVE.
We are not counselors, doctors, or behavior specialists, our job is to recognize not to fix.
When working with our PALees it is important that we can recognize certain behaviors, learning disabilities, and/or other issues to be a better friend/mentor.
It is not our job or expertise to determine what is wrong with our PALee. Only to be able to recognize so that we may be a better helper.
